This is Dustin Fike, and his life started on the run.

As the son of an Air Force officer, Dustin moved every few years to far-flung locales like Fussa, Japan and… Orlando, Florida? Okay, maybe not every locale was so far-flung. Whether near or far, moving into so many new homes in his formative years stoked two passions in him: buildings and travel. Dustin embraces the former through real estate investment and development through his company, 22 Blue Capital, creating quality spaces for people to live, work and play. He follows the latter with his passport… and reward miles!

Dustin Fike set out to pursue his passion for “the built environment” by studying Interior Design and Architecture in college. Those studies led to a career designing everything from custom furniture to resort hotels – even a magical “water volcano” where the adventurous can take a 125-foot plunge into the wave pool below!

Dustin’s career began with designing hotels and condos and evolved into creating world-class, award-winning attractions for Disney and Universal theme parks. He eventually served as manager of the show set team for Universal Creative Core Studio, where he oversaw the concept drawing packages for all new attractions at the various Universal parks around the world. The attractions Dustin helped create make magical memories for more than 100 million guests each year, and his visionary perspective on technology in the design process has earned him the opportunity to speak at multiple events such as Autodesk University and Walt Disney Imagineering BIM Summits.

Dustin Fike believes everyone deserves a beautiful space in which to live, work or play, and his ongoing mission is to provide it. With his investment company, 22 Blue Capital, they create buildings with quality spaces, both in materials and design. They invest in existing buildings that need improvement as well as design new construction from the ground up. Dustin uses his experience as an architect and themed experience designer to craft spaces that are aesthetically and functionally pleasing for all who inhabit them.

When not working to improve the built environment, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter… wherever their travels take them.
